            采空区遗留煤柱群链式失稳表现出明显的联动致灾效应。运用遗留煤柱群链式失稳的关键柱理论,本文提出了关键柱柱旁充填岩层控制的技术方法,揭示了关键柱柱旁充填岩层控制的核心机理,确定了柱旁充填体材料、强度、宽度和形态等技术参数,评价了关键柱柱旁充填岩层控制的效果,并对其潜在的应用范围与领域进行了展望。结果表明:(1)关键柱柱旁充填岩层控制技术方法通过在采空区煤柱群体系的关键柱旁边实施柱旁双侧全部充填、柱旁双侧部分充填、柱旁单侧全部充填或柱旁单侧部分充填等工艺,使采空区中形成的柱旁充填体不仅能对关键柱起到侧护作用,还能形成“关键柱-柱旁充填体”的协同承载结构体,进而实现采场岩层移动的有效控制,并保障煤炭资源的安全高效绿色开采。(2)关键柱柱旁充填岩层控制的核心机理主要体现在四个方面:①关键柱与柱旁充填体的耦合承载;②柱旁充填体对关键柱产生侧向约束;③关键柱的受力状态转变为应力强化;④减弱了关键柱强度的长度劣化。(3)关键柱柱旁充填体的材料以返井固废充填材料和原位固废充填材料为主,柱旁充填体的极限抗压强度应大于或等于其分担的载荷,柱旁充填后“遗留煤柱-柱旁充填体”耦合承载体中屈服区的宽度不能扩展与延伸至“关键柱”的原始弹性核区内,柱旁充填体的形态主要包括矩式、梯式、台阶式和多级梯式四大类。(4)柱旁充填后关键柱的应力集中程度会降低,其两侧塑性核区的宽度减小,且中央区域弹性核区的宽度增大;“关键柱-柱旁充填体”的应力分布与塑性区分布特征表明关键柱柱旁充填岩层控制的效果良好。(5)关键柱柱旁岩层控制基础理论不仅可以用于采空区遗留煤柱群链式失稳的防控,还能应用于优质遗留煤炭资源复采和地下空间维护与利用等技术领域,更能推广于非煤矿山资源开采技术领域。关键柱柱旁充填岩层控制基础理论的提出可以促进我国煤炭资源绿色开采理论与技术的发展。


          • Abstract

            The chain instability of residual coal pillars in the goaf shows obvious linkage-induced disaster effects. Using the key pillar theory of residual coal pillars’ chain instability, the technical method for rock strata control of pillar-side backfilling is firstly proposed in this paper. Then, the core mechanism of pillar-side backfilling rock strata control method is revealed. And the material, strength, width and shape of pillar-side backfilling body are determined in the rock strata control method. The rock strata control effect of pillar-side backfilling method is also evaluated. The potential application range and fields of pillar-side backfilling rock strata control theory are lastly prospected. The research results show that: (1) The pillar-side backfilling rock strata control method is conducted by implementing the double pillar-side full backfilling, double pillar-side partial backfilling, single pillar-side full backfilling, or single pillar-side partial backfilling. The newborn pillar-side backfilling body plays a side protection role for the key pillar, which can also form a coordinated load-bearing structure with the key pillar. The rock strata movement can be effectivele controled. It can also guarantee the safe, efficient and green mining of coal resources. (2) The rock strata control core mechanism of pillar-side backfilling method is mainly embodied in four aspects: ① The coupled bearing role is played by the key pillar and the pillar-side backfilling body. ② The pillar-side backfilling body produces lateral restraint on the key pillar. ③ The stress strengthening is shown for the key pillar after the pillar-side backfilling. ④ The long-term deterioration of the key pillar is reduced. (3) The returning solid waste backfilling material and in-situ solid waste backfilling material can be seleled in the pillar-side backfilling rock strata control method. The ultimate compressive strength of pillar-side backfilling body should be greater than or equal to the transferred load. The width of yield zone in the coupling bearing body of pillar-side backfilling body and key pillar cannot be extended to the original elastic core area of key pillar. The shape of the pillar-side backfilling body mainly includes rectangular, ladder, stepped and multi-stepped ladder types. The stress concentration of key pillar will be reduced after pillar-side backfilling. The width of plastic zone will reduce on the both sides of key pillar, and the width of elastic core area in the central area will increase. The distribution characteristics of stress and elastic core area indicate that the rock strata control effect of pillar-side backfilling is good. The fundamental theory for rock strata control of pillar-side backfilling can not only be used for the prevention and control of chain instability of residual coal pillars, but also be applied to technical fields such as the re-mining of high-quality residual coal resources as well as the maintenance and utilization of underground space. It can also be applied to the non-coal resources mining area. The proposal of the basic theory for rock strata control of pillar-side backfilling can promote the development of green mining theory and technology in China.
